​The Cranford First Aid Squad is staffed entirely by volunteers from Cranford, NJ and surrounding townships. We have operational volunteers that provide emergency services as well as administrative volunteers who contribute to fundraising, education, and public awareness. If you are looking to learn more about healthcare systems or want to help out the community, consider applying. ​

Applicants 18 years and older who are out of high school are eligible to apply as Ride Alongs, Drivers, or EMTs. Listed below are the requirements for each position. (If below 18 years or still in high school, please refer to the Cadet Program page under the "Services" tab.)

Members are expected to ride a weekly 12-hour shift on their assigned nights. They are also expected at minimum to attend a 24-hour shift every seven weeks on their assigned duty weekends.
